This is our NEW hand crafted Caterpillar necklace fidget in oil slick - which is a stunning addition to the range.
We are a tad obsessed by the oil slick finish. I even joke the our kids are going to be oil slicked one day lol. Wearable sensory tools are often most effective as the hand starts to use them often before we consciously register we need it, helping assist with regulation.
We have had our stainless steel beads individually oil slicked to create a stunning version of this Kaiko best seller. We also have this in a hand fidget version.

They come in one size that will fit all but can easily be shortened to the wearer's preferred length (see below). They have a break away clasp for safety if pulled & come in a storage container.
To shorten necklace:
Simply cut and retie knot at each end to the desired length & pull knot back into the casing of the clasp. We find the easiest way to find optimum length is to have arms at right angle across belly. The bead length should be about at this height.
Please note they are made using cord that can frey over timesue to friction. This is wear and tear and cannot be avoided. The time this takes to occur can depend on how the fidget is used.

Keeping the fidgets sanitised. - They are fine to wipe , ours regularly go through washing machine, the trick is to wipe excess moisture off them. If left wet/damp (eg in washing machine lol) they can rust in appearance a little but generally does not affect function. wiping with an antibacterial wipe or damp cloth then drying off thoroughly is the key.
