The (TOYS) Price Matching Policy applies in My Playroom in-store and online. Online shopping that has value added services such as delivery is not included, price match product price only. My Playroom will not price match any shipping cost provided from competitor.
If a competitor, being another Australian retail store, is offering a cheaper price on a product on an exact like-for-like basis, in its store or on its Australian website, My Playroom may Price Match if:

The price match is requested prior to purchase via our Shop Chat.

The identical toy product (same brand, model / style), product offer or bundle is in stock and available for immediate sale by My Playroom and the competitor.

My Playroom team member able to verify the price and availability of the product.
My Playroom will not match the competitor's price if:

The products is with limited or restricted quantities, for example, products that have "Limited" ribbon.

It is not considered a toy (for example, book).

It is below our cost price.

The conditions for Price Match (above) are not met.

The competitor's product is:

a demonstration model, second hand or refurbished

sourced from a store or supplier that has special conditions or trading limitations, such as warehouses, clearance centres, or a business under an insolvency administration

sourced from an unauthorised reseller

The price is:

a specially negotiated price or offer that is only available to a select group of people, such as a corporate rate, loyalty, subscriber or membership offer

discounted by means other than money, such as loyalty points, a discount voucher or coupon

When a Price Match is agreed, no further discounts, or promotional offers will be given.
The agreed Price Match is only available at the time and day offered.
