DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEM
Please check all items you ordered when you receive your parcel.
For furniture, please check if there are any damage within 24 hours of receipt to lodge a claim. Please send an email to admin@myplayroom.com.au with photo of the damaged item, parcel label and packaging together in a photo. We cannot lodge a claim after the timeframe.
RETURN ITEM
For purchases made through myplayroom.com.au, we operate a no quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt (although this is reduced to 7 days on sale goods).
For refunds: $13.54 return postage (applicable for parcel return only). If the total price of items you paid is less than $89 after you return the item, you'll be charged a $9.95 Standard Post or $15.95 Express Post postage that on the parcel has been delivered to you.
For all FURNITURE change of mind return, we do not refund the shipping cost and will charge a 20% restocking fee of the item's RRP. For exchanging, you will be responsible for both way shipping costs.
Gift cards, Towels, Lunchtime and all Baby’s Gift range are NOT able to be returned / exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty as all items are checked to ensure quality prior to shipment.
WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND for items that are discounted equal to or more than 20% of the Original Price.
If you'd like to return your item, please LOG IN with your order email address and send a return request with reasons within 14 days of receipt. We will access the request and arrange a return label once it's approved. Please print out the return label and cover any existing parcel label on the box.
Ensuring all original product labels and packaging are undamaged and included at a brand new condition. Please wrap the items securely so they arrive in good condition.
We will process a refund once we receive the returned product in original condition.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
CANCEL ORDER
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes, but we cannot guarantee, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal return procedure.
All Products with small parts are suited for 3 years plus and only to be used with parental supervision.
