My Playroom is proudly listed as Grimm's Official Stockist.
Grimm's Toys are the perfect addition to any child's toy collection. These beautiful wooden toys are handcrafted and made from natural materials, making them safe and eco-friendly. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they also offer endless possibilities for play and imagination.
Australian parents trust Grimms for their commitment to quality and educational value. These toys are perfect for both independent play and family bonding time, fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. At My Playroom, we are dedicated to supporting your child’s developmental journey with toys that inspire creativity, curiosity, and a sense of wonder.
Grimm's is a family-owned and sustainably managed manufacturer at the foot of the Swabian Alb, which produces beautiful things made of wood, as well as natural, high quality and safe wooden toys made to officially certified standards. Grimm's design durable wooden toys whose minimal design leaves much room for the development of the child’s creativity. In this way, new fantastic play worlds emerge, keeping pace with the child's development. In product development, Grimm's is guided by the principles of Waldorf education and other educational approaches, such as Montessori.
Grimm's toys are always unique, with unique traces of nature. With a few exceptions, everything is sanded and sawn by hand - this gives a different expression than pure "machinery-work" and ensures the uniqueness of each piece.
Every Grimm’s toy boasts unique imprints due to the inherent grain and knots in wood. These intrinsic patterns give each item its singular character. Rather than imperfections, they are beautiful attributes, natural badges of authenticity that inspire imagination. Kids can touch and discover the wood's texture and formation during play.
The distinct features present in every Grimm’s toy underscore its organic origin, validating its quality, and should not be perceived as faults.
Grimm’s employs solely natural dyes and oils, specifically endorsed for children's toys. These dyes and oils pose no health risk to your child or infant.
To play with Grimm's Toys, the only limit is your child's creativity. They can be used to build, stack, sort, and create a variety of imaginative worlds. From castles to bridges, animals to shapes, the possibilities of Grimm's toys are endless. Children will love exploring the different textures, colors, and shapes of these unique toys.
Are Grimm's Toys worth it?
Absolutely. These toys are designed to last and are built to withstand the test of time. They are an investment in your child's playtime and are sure to provide endless hours of fun. Not only that, but Grimm's are also versatile and can be used in a variety of ways, meaning your child won't quickly outgrow them.
Cleaning Grimm's wooden toys is easy.
Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not soak them in water or put them in the dishwasher as this can cause damage. Allow them to air dry completely before storing them away.
