Holztiger Swan Wooden Animals 3yrs+

I purchased a couple of these Holztiger wooden toys. They are a little bit larger than expected but seem incredibly durable and they are even sweeter in person! Love that they are natural and nontoxic. The swan is lovely.

We’ve bought a number of Holztiger toys, and the swan would have to be my favourite. I think it’s very sweet as an ornament on the mantelpiece in my son’s room, as well as being a durable and classic toy that will have many years of life in my son’s play and beyond. He has also enjoyed it as a grasping toy during his first year and along with the other ones we’ve bought, as a visual cue during songs like old MacDonald etc which I’m sure has contributed to his very early recognition of animal sounds and names. He has enjoyed trying to stack and balance it together along with other animals and is now beginning to use it in imaginative play. I hope to build on our collection of Holztiger animals, and I’m so glad that I bought them when he was very young rather than buying more babyish things we’d have had to pass on before long. Although they’re not teething toys, they are great for babies under supervision.
