Asbestos is a prohibited import under our Customs legislation. It is not covered by any other mandatory or voluntary standards, e.g., such as those specifically for toys.

It is important to note that Kinetic Sand is not subject to the recent recall of concerning sand product. All Kinetic Sand products have undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet all regulatory standards and are safe for use and are confirmed to be asbestos free.
