Excellent for younger children
We love this hippopotamus, it’s perfect for small world play and the size is great. Not too big but big enough to have next to the other animals in our collection. The Holztiger animals seem to be quite durable too, while still getting a few scratches and minor dents, they’re otherwise quite resilient.

Cute animal
Absolutely love the Holztiger hippopotamus wooden animal. My 2.5yo son loves using it with his Drewart Tiny House and putting it in his trucks too. Such a beautifully crafted animal with smooth and soft edges.
