    Australia and Usa traditional costumes

As an Early childhood Teacher, I was appalled to see that the Australian and USA children were dressed in shorts, pants and a T-shirt, disregarding completely the acknowledgement of First Nations peoples of both countries. I was also surprised about the choice to present the child from Peru with traditional clothing and not the one from the USA, given the fact that in South America, the history is very similar to the one in the USA. It is very sad and disrespectful to the Indigenous children and teachers in our service. I did not look carefully enough when purchasing other ways; I would not have bought the item.
